Colonel Tobbie Ingram is currently a Provost Marshal assigned to the Medical Support Command, National Disaster Response, Headquarters, Millington, Tennessee. He and wife Claritha are the proud parents of five sons.
He is a product of Memphis, Tennessee and a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School. He earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and an MED in Educational Media from Virginia State University.
