After being in business for a while I’ve noticed that the saying, “The Consumer is always right,” ain’t right. The consumer is often oblivious and their ignorance makes starting and staying in business harder than ever. In this series I discuss some very important topics and analyze how the consumer is the person that decides the success of a business. Yes, being in the right place helps and doing all you can to be the best is very important, but at the end of the day when the consumer is relying on convenience you can do everything right and still fall short.
